The Thursday Musical Club will present a concert, “Childhood Reflections,” on Saturday, April 9 at 3 pm at the First Reformed Church of Schenectady, 8 N. Church Street in the Stockade. The Thursday Musical Club is a women’s chorus founded in Schenectady in 1913, directed by Julie Panke and accompanied by Elinore Farnum.


SUNY Schenectady student and club scholarship recipient Olivia Wilkerson will perform an original piano composition. Rosalyn Annely and the Primary Choir from Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints will also perform. The concert will include a medley of songs by Fred Rogers, “Pure Imagination” from Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Eric Whitacre’s “Seal Lullaby,” and Harold Arlen’s “Over the Rainbow.”
