The Open Eye Theater in Margaretville, NY seeks actors for ANTIGONE by Sophokles, translated by Anne Carson, and directed by Michelle Macau.
When: June 3 and 4 from 2-5pm
Where: 960 Main Street, Margaretville, NY
We are specifically looking for the roles of Antigone, Ismene, and Haimon, all in their 20’s.
Please prepare a short speech in verse, no longer than one-minute. Any speech, so long as it is in verse. Sides will be provided.
Rehearsals begin mid-June; performance July 13-23.
