West Springfield, MA (5/2/24) – Danny Eaton, producing director at the Majestic Theater in West Springfield, has announced the summer lineup of music, improv comedy and children’s theater presentations.
The Majestic Youth Theater Workshop will make its debut this summer, allowing middle-school aged performers who will show off what they learned during this two-week program. The enrollees will be featured in “Snowderella” by Nate Eppler, which will be staged July 5 & 6. Tickets are $10.
“Curious George – The Golden Meatball” and “The Secret Garden” will be staged as part of the Majestic Children’s Theater Program July 8 – July 31. All tickets are $12 and may be purchased online by visiting https://majestictheater.csstix.com/ or calling or visiting the box office. Children’s theater tickets are currently the only Majestic tickets available online.
In addition to the children’s theater shows, the Majestic will also present Improv with The Majesters, on July 10, 17, 24 & 31, August 7, 14 & 21. All shows begin at 7:30, and tickets, which are $15, will be sold at the door only.
Most of the summer events will be music concerts (full listing below) featuring tunes made famous by, among others, The Eagles, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Johnny Cash, The Beach Boys, Rod Stewart, Simon & Garfunkel, Van Morrison, Elvis Presley and more.
