The Ghent Playhouse is currently accepting proposals from directors interested in submittingproductions for our 2025–2026 theater season. We strive to present a well-rounded season which runs from October through June. Those interested may submit up to three (3) shows for consideration, in any and all theater genres.
Along with any proposed scripts, we also ask that you provide the following information to Ghent Playhouse Artistic Director, Cathy Lee-Visscher: your name, address, telephone number, email address, a brief resume, along with the title and playwright of each show, as well as a brief outline of what you feel will be needed for your production with regard to set, sound, lighting, costumes, etc.
Requested information may be emailed to Ghent Playhouse Artistic Director, Cathy Lee-Visscher at cathyleevisscher@gmail.com, noting the subject as “2025-26 Theater Submissions.”

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DIRECTORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN ASSISTANT DIRECTOR AND/OR STAGE MANAGER FOR THEIR PRODUCTION.
