ALBANY – Albany Civic Theater’s first production of the season is fast approaching! Parallel Lives, written by Mo Gaffney and Kathy Najimy and directed by Amanda Dorman, opens Friday, September 18 (preview/pay-what-you-will night on 9/17) and runs through Sunday, October 4.
Parallel Lives depicts women struggling madly to live up to the ridiculous expectations society has apparently set for them, and the glorious joy they experience when they find the nerve to toss aside those expectations, all with humor and just a splash of 4-letter words.
