New play, January 6: The Untold Story, loosely based on Lysistrata, to be staged at The LAVA Center

The LAVA Center will host a fully staged play reading of January 6: The Untold Story, a new play by Aristo Stophanes.
In January 6: The Untold Story, Hillary Clinton and Liz Cheney lead U.S. women on a sex strike to stop Trump and Giuliani’s War on Democracy. The play is loosely based on Aristophanes’ Lysistrata.
The play is written and directed by Aristo Stophanes, Aristophanes reincarnate, and performed by Louise Krieger, E.C. Piper, Rick Malone, Kevin McVeigh, Kiersten Samalis and Holly Sroka.
