GREENFIELD, MA — The LAVA Center’s fourth annual festival of new plays by local playwrights is coming in June 2026! These readings offer a unique focus on a play’s script, as they will be free of technical elements (no props, costumes, sounds, or lighting).
LAVA will host auditions for the play fest on Sunday, Apr. 26 and Monday, Apr. 27. We seek a wide diversity of actors to perform in a wide diversity of plays by local playwrights. Honoraria offered! No memorization! Experience is welcome but not necessary! No preparation required for audition.
