Latham, NY — Curtain Call Theatre is presenting Erma Bombeck: At Wit’s End by Margaret Engel and Allison Engel, directed by Brian Clemente. At Wit’s End is a comic look at one of our country’s most beloved voices, who captured the frustrations of her generation by asking, “If life is a bowl of cherries, what am I doing in the pits?” Discover the story behind America’s beloved humorist who championed women’s lives with wit that sprang from the most unexpected place of all – the truth.
The cast includes Terri Storti. Scenic and Lighting Design by William E. Fritz and Sound Design by Alex Dietz-Kest. Our Stage Manager is Jeffrey P. Hocking.
The play opens on Thursday, May 20, 2021 and runs through June 13, 2021. Performances are Thursdays at 7:30pm, Fridays & Saturdays at 8pm, and Sundays at 3pm. There will be one Saturday matinee performance at 3pm on May 29, 2021. Individual tickets are $28 each.
Curtain Call Theatre is dedicated to offering quality theatre in an intimate space. The theatre is located at 1 Jeanne Jugan Lane, Latham, NY 12110. This is their 17th year of operation in that location, often being named on the year-end “Best Of” lists in the Capital Region.
