Auditions for Bennington Community Theater’s Winter play are December 4th 1-3 pm and December 5th 6-8 at the Bennington Performing Arts Center, 331 Main Street in Bennington VT.

Bennington Community Theater is pleased to announce auditions for its winter production of Noel Coward’s acclaimed comedy of manners PRIVATE LIVES.

Sunday, December 4th, 1-3 pm

Monday, December 5th, 6-8 pm

Bennington Performing Arts Center, 331 Main Street in Bennington VT.

Janet Groom will be directing.

Performance dates: February 24, 25, 26, with 2 shows on Saturday.

Private Lives synopsis: Elyot and Amanda, once married and now honeymooning with new spouses at the same hotel, meet by chance, reignite the old spark and impulsively elope. Within days of being reunited, they again find their fiery romance alternating between passions of love and anger. Their aggrieved spouses appear and a roundelay of affiliations ensues until all four lovers must finally acknowledge just who is really suited to whom. Fast-paced, witty, and passionate, Noel Coward’s comedy is a delightful romp.
