Struggles with addiction, friendship, love, and the challenges of adulthood are at the center of this story.
Jackie is just out of prison and trying to stay clean. His childhood sweetheart, Veronica, who has troubles of her own isn’t much help. Jackie relies on his sponsor, Ralph, to help get him through tough times but friendships can be hard work too. Ralph is married to Victoria who has a thing for Jackie, and there’s also Cousin Julio who, in a weird way ends up being the most undamaged person in the story. This play deals with addiction, sexuality, and depression. Auditioners please be advised. All ethnicities and races are strongly encouraged to attend.
