Our “Holiday for Misfits” season continues with the regional premiere of Hannah Moscovitch’s gripping EAST OF BERLIN.

It’s a virtual thriller, with the tension ratcheting higher and higher until the last possible second. You think you’re sure where it’s headed, and then…!

Hannah is a brilliant Canadian playwright who also wrote BST’s 2022 US premiere of SEXUAL MISCONDUCT OF THE MIDDLE CLASSES. That cracking production was helmed by the magnificent Margo Whitcomb, who’ll also be directing EAST OF BERLIN.

Featured in the cast are Orlando Grant (Prince John in last year’s THE LION IN WINTER, and son of director Margo Whitcomb), JD Scalzo (who appeared as Rowdy in our pre-BST production of Brad Fraser’s KILL ME NOW over at Stageworks in Hudson), and Kara Arena (making her BST debut).

It’s a genuine punch to the gut, with a thrilling story and complex and intriguing characters, unexpected in the way you’ve hopefully come to anticipate whenever you attend one of our productions. May 25-June 4 only!

Reserve your seats now.
