Theater Voices will hold auditions for a staged reading of David Ives’ hilarious “All in the Timing” directed by Ellen Cribbs on September 5 & 6 at 7pm at Steamer No. 10 Theatre, 500 Western Avenue, Albany. Sign-up begins at 6:30. Those auditioning only need to attend one night of auditions.
The following roles are available:
• 3 male-identifying actors between 18-60 years old.
• 2 female-identifying actors between 18-50 years old.
This group of 5 actors will play various comedic parts in 6 short plays that make up “All in the Timing,” including “Sure Thing”, “The Universal Language”, “Mere Mortals”, “Words Words Words”, “The Philadelphia”, and “Variations on the Death of Trotsky.” We’re looking for actors who can have fun with the quick wit and clever wordplay in these plays.
Rehearsals for “All in the Timing” will begin around Sept 17th, with 10-12 rehearsals total. Tech week begins Oct 9 with performances on Oct 13, 14, and 15 at Steamer No. 10 Theatre.
