• Curtain Call Theatre – 1 Jeanne Jugan Lane, Latham, NY 12110
Rehearsals
• Rehearsal begin Late October of 2024
• Sunday – Wednesday evenings (4-5 times per week)
Performances
• December 5th – 22nd, 2024
• Thursday at 7:30 PM, Friday and Saturday at 8:00 PM, & Sunday at 2:00 PM
• Two Saturday Matinees – 2:00pm – December 14th and 21st
The Show
• Patrick Barlow’s new adaptation of Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol employs creativity and ingenuity to tell this classic story with an ensemble of only 5 actors. A single actor plays Scrooge, and the others play multiple roles across this wonderful new production. Previous experience with British/Cockney dialects are helpful, but not required. People of all ethnicities and gender identities are encouraged to audition.
The Role
Age 20-40, Male Identifying
Principle characters are Fred, Young Scrooge, George,
Peter Cratchit and various Narrators, Carolers, Londoners, Etc.
