Holiday Inn Resort Lake George is looking for a Box Office Manager for Lake George Dinner Theatre’s 2025 Season
Dates: Approximately June 25, 2025 – October 11, 2025
Salary: $16+ per hour, up to 40 hours per week
If you like working with people, have excellent communication skills and are experienced with a computer, this is a great opportunity to be a part of the Lake George Dinner Theatre team at the Holiday Inn Resort in Lake George.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Box Office ticketing orders via phone and in person
Run ticketing reports
Prepare the daily attendance sheet(s) and the daily seating chart(s)
Coordinate group seating with Group Sales Manager
Manage patrons meal orders and coordinate meal choices for each performance
Manage Front of House including but not limited to:
Check in and seating of patrons
Liaising with Stage Management and Servers preshow and at intermission (when on site)
Point of contact for patrons onsite as well as via phone and email.
Required Skills + Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
General understanding of sales and patron management
Be willing to pass a background check if required
Preferred Skills:
Higher consideration will be given to candidates with related experience of 2 years or more.
Knowledge of AudienceView/Ovation ticketing software
