Join Barrington Stage Company in amplifying the voices of local BIPOC artists at the 5th Celebrate Black Voices Festival this Saturday and Sunday from 12-6pm at The Common in Pittsfield. More than a festival — this community gathering is a celebration of resilience, and a powerful tribute to the enduring legacy of Black voices.
Catch a whimsical performance by BSC’s Youth Voices Ensemble campers, groove to nostalgic vibes from DJ Hollyw8d, reflect with local poets, delight in the cabaret stylings of Sabrina Francis, and behold breathtaking movement from Kia “the Key” and Company. There’s line dancing, Joyful Noise gospel, hip hop with Swaggy 2XX, Our days will be capped by a powerhouse performances by Kendra Bellevue, Bree Soul, Christine Bile + Friends, and Chantell McCulloch.
