AUDITIONS – TEEN PERFORMERS 

 
Bridge Street Theatre invites Hudson Valley teens (grades 8–12) to audition for “ENOUGH! Plays to End Gun Violence” — six short plays written by teens to be performed by teens. These powerful, age-appropriate pieces center student voices, grief, resilience, and hope. No memorization or prior experience is required; we’ll meet you where you are. 

 
WHO: Teens
WHAT: Auditions for a staged reading of six short plays written by teens and performed by teens. 

WHEN: In-person auditions to be held on Sunday, September 21st, 2025, 12:00pm 4:00pm
Video auditions will be accepted until Saturday, September 20th, 2025, at 5:00pm
WHERE: Bridge Street Theatre, 44 W. Bridge Street, Catskill, NY 12414

SHOW: Monday, October 6th, 2025 (6:00pm actor call-time, 7:00pm showtime) at BST 

This is a unique opportunity for local teens to perform on a professional stage, join a national artistic movement, and use theatre as a way to spark dialogue and healing in their community.

Saturday, Sept 20th, 5:00pm: Video Audition submissions window closed

Sunday, Sept 21st, 12:00pm – 4:00pm: In-Person Auditions at Bridge Street Theatre 

Sunday, Sept 28th, 12:00pm – 2:00pm: Full Cast read-through at Bridge Street Theatre 

Saturday, Oct 4th, 10:00am – 4:00pm: TBD rehearsals at Bridge Street Theatre 

Sunday, Oct 5th, 5:00pm – 7:00pm: Full Cast rehearsal onstage at Bridge Street Theatre 

Monday, Oct 6th, 2025, 6:00pm cast called, 7:00pm showtime: “Enough! Plays to End Gun Violence”
