Character breakdown:
IF: age, gender, & sexuality unknown; alto/tenor; an easily irritated, manic storyteller who represents Pennie’s mental health, and inner monologue
SOUL PENNIE: 25+ female presenting; soprano that can sing alto; eldest daughter energy/motherly, has been to hell and back again, feels everything but has learned how to hide it
PRESENT PENNIE: 18-25 female presenting; soprano that can sing alto, the girl who matures slowly, learns the hard way with little guidance from those around her, if there was an opposite of peaking in high school it would be her
YOUNG PENNIE: 18-20, female presenting, soprano that can sing alto, full of life, hopeless romantic, naive, still very child-like
HUNTER: 20-25, male presenting, baritone, that one ex we all have that still haunts us, represents the trauma Pennie has gone through
