The Two Of Us Productions, the award-winning theater company based in Copake NY, is pleased to present PIPPIN, The Musical, the beloved Broadway classic being presented with a live 10-piece orchestra!  PIPPIN runs for 2 weekends only, Nov. 7th, 8th and 9th, and the following weekend of Nov. 14th, 15th, and 16th, 2025.  You don’t want to miss this Broadway tale of a young prince searching for meaning in his life.

There’s magic to do when prince Pippin learns the true meaning of glory, love and war in Stephen Schwartz’s iconic and unforgettable musical masterpiece.  Young Pippin, heir to the Frankish throne, is in search of the secret to true happiness and fulfillment. He seeks it in the glories of the battlefield, the temptations of the flesh and the intrigues of political power (after disposing of his father, King Charlemagne the Great). In the end, though, Pippin finds that happiness lies not in extraordinary endeavors, but rather in the unextraordinary moments that happen every day.  Pippin’s message is universal and has a poignant connection for each us. 

PIPPIN features Zachary Nayer in the title role of Pippin, Jeffrey Jene as his father Charlemagne, Debra Hughes as his cunning step-mother Fastrada, Mason Lowe as his warrior brother Lewis, and Kitt LaPaix as his indulgent grandmother Berthe.  Karissa Payson plays the needy widow Catherine, and her daughter Thea is played by Lily Troche (1st weekend) and Edie Parillo (2nd weekend).  Our group of multi-talented players includes Constance Lopez as the Leading Player, Matthew Leinung, Cyndi Miller, Sherri Lewis, along with Jeffrey Jene, Debra Hughes, Mason Lowe, Karissa Payson, Lily Troche, Edie Parillo, and Kitt LaPaix.  .

The Two Of Us Productions is well known throughout the Hudson Valley for presenting quality theater, both musicals and dramas.  Their recent productions of Cabaret, Blithe Spirit, The Lady And The Clarinet, Sweeney Todd, A Shayna Maidel, Chicago, Nunsense, Les Miserables, next to normal, Deathtrap, and Jesus Christ Superstar were all recognized by the Theatre Association of NYS with multiple theatrical quality awards.
