Round The Bend Theatre will begin accepting scripts Monday, October 27th
RTB is looking for new full-length scripts from emerging and established Hudson Valley Playwrights (NYC to Albany) for developmental work June-August of 2026. Please look at our website to learn a little about us.https://www.roundthebendtheatre.org We are open to plays of all genres – Including screenplays. We are interested in plays that have not been produced.
Selected plays will receive readings in various locations in Ulster & Greene Counties June – August 2026.
We will begin accepting Submissions Monday, October 27, 2025The first 60 submissions will be accepted.We are selecting 6 scripts.
Submit:
– paragraph synopsis of play
– character breakdown
– ten pages of script
– what you want from a developmental reading (two sentences)
– if you are submitting a musical include two pieces If the play is of interest and we feel RTB can give it a solid hearing, a full script will be requested.
