The historic General Electric Realty Plot in Schenectady, NY will be presenting its first guided walking tour on Saturday, June zoth, 2026 (rain date, Sunday, June zıst). We are looking for volunteer actors to play the roles of prominent citizens who once lived here in the early 1900’s to bring these characters to life.
We are looking for 6 men and 2 women to portray these individuals who used their extraordinary minds in the pursuit of groundbreaking scientific invention, research, innovative education and surprising political thought, not only for Schenectady, but for the world.
The auditions will be held on Sunday, March 22nd at the Schenectady County Public Library (Hon. Karen B. Johnson Main Library), 99 Clinton Street, Schenectady, NY in room KBJ Program Room 1 beginning at 1:00pm -3:45pm. Parking is available on-site.
