Synopsis: When Iris has a miscarriage, she’s shocked by the weight of her grief. What follows, in the weeks and months afterwards, is a slow and deliberate unravelling. Her loss becomes the center of a transformation—of how she sees her marriage, her body, and herself. Blending intimate conversations, dreams and humor, Iris brings to light the powerful and disorientating complexities of miscarriage that are rarely discussed in public.
