Lenox— On Saturday, May 23rd from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Shakespeare & Company presents its third annual Community Day.
This free, family-friendly celebration features performances, interactive activities, film screenings, food trucks, and opportunities to learn about more than two dozen nonprofit and community organizations serving the Berkshires and beyond. Highlights include a “Behind the Curtain” talk, Drag Story Hour, “Shakespeare-oke,” a balloon fight, and photos with costumes and props from actual Shakespeare plays. There will be live performances by acrobats, the Olga Dunn Dance Company, the Midsummer Dreamers, the Eagles Band, and more.
The event is on Saturday, May 23rd from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Shakespeare & Company, located at 70 Kemble Street in Lenox, MA. Admission is free. More information can be found online.
