Audition for Illuminated Lecture: Queen Hester

Harley Erdman invites you to audition for an “Illuminated Lecture” he will be giving in the Rand Theater about a heretical Spanish play from 400 years ago, written by a Jewish-heritage playwright who was jailed by the Inquisition.
Harley is looking for an ensemble of five actors, who will read parts of the lecture with him in a concert-style reading, staged by guest director Aaron Henne.
You need to be available for evening rehearsals on Nov 16 and 17, for a performance to take place Nov 18 at 4:30 PM. No memorization is required. We will be reading from a script.
We are looking for actors who are comfortable reading from the page. Being able to read Spanish is a plus, though not a requirement.
Sign up for an audition slot. No need to prep anything. We will do some cold readings in small groups.
THE MOORS acting company will be in rehearsal during this event and cannot participate as actors. All actors in our season will be able to attend the Lecture on November 18 at 4:30 pm if desired.
