Man of La Mancha is one of the world’s most popular musicals. Inspired by Miguel de Cervantes’ 17th-century masterwork Don Quixote and set during the Spanish Inquisition, the original 1965 production won five Tony Awards, including Best Musical. Cervantes is in prison awaiting trial during the Spanish Inquisition. He and his fellow prisoners perform a play-within-a-play, telling the story of the elderly Alonso Quijana, who renames himself “Don Quixote” and goes on a quest to right all wrongs in the world. The rousing, Spanish-inflected score includes the classic numbers “The Impossible Dream,” “I, Don Quixote,” “Dulcinea,” “I Really Like Him” and “Little Bird.”
Man Of La Mancha features Mark Leinung in the title role of Don Quixote, Keith Allerton as his manservant Sancho, Connie Lopez as Aldonza, Mason Lowe as the Inn Keeper, Karissa Payson as Antonia, Cyndi Miller as the Housekeeper, Zach Nayer as the Padre, Zach Wobensmith as Dr. Carrasco, Matt Leinung as Pedro and the Barber, Brandon Macey as Anselmo, Diane Barkstrom as the Gypsy Dancer, Fran Martino as a Muleteer and Knight Attendant, and John Peterson as the Captain.
Man Of La Mancha is playing for 2 weekends only, November 6th, 7th & 8th, and the following weekend of November 13th, 14th & 15th, 2026. Friday and Saturday performances are at 7:30pm and Sunday matinees are at 3pm.
