A gripping drama set during apartheid-era South Africa, where education and political revolution collide.

THE COLOR PURPLE
January 28–February 7
Based on Alice Walker’s beloved novel, this unforgettable story follows Celie’s journey through heartbreak, survival, and self-discovery.

THE AFRICAN COMPANY PRESENTS RICHARD III
May 27–June 6
Inspired by true events, this play tells the story of America’s first Black theatre company fighting for space on the stage in 1821 New York.
