SEEKING: An actor skilled with classical language to portray WESTON (he/him, 30s-40s, longer character bio in the link). The character is currently envisioned as Black. Non-Black actors of Color who otherwise fit the role are also welcome to submit. The character’s race/ethnicity will ultimately reflect that of the performer. Actors will be paid $20/hr for their rehearsal time and the public reading.

PIC’s 2026 Incubation Residency will be “The Opheliet Project,” a brand new play-in-progress by Maizy Broderick Scarpa. The culminating reading (as well as rehearsals) will take place Sunday, Nov 15th, 6:30-10:00 pm at The Workroom, 33 Hawley St Northampton, MA. There will be 6-8 development rehearsals from June-Nov (mostly on the weekends) in advance of the reading. All dates listed in the form.
